30-Day Exchange Guarantee

We are confident that you'll love the Med-Watch. That's why we're giving you 30 days to test it. If your MedWatch doesn't work as expected, simply message us with a short video showing the issue at info@med-watches.com, and we will send you a new one for free.

Accuracy Guarantee

If your MedWatch does not display accurate blood pressure values, please reach out to our Customer Support Team for troubleshooting guidance.

If the issue persists, please provide:

  1. A photo of the MedWatch blood pressure readings.
  2. A comparison photo of your medical blood pressure device readings.

Once we verify the discrepancy, we will proceed with a refund.

For further assistance, please contact us at info@med-watches.com.

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, send us a short video showing the issue at info@med-watches.com, and we will refund you the full amount minus an 8.5% processing fee. You don’t even need to send the watch back.

We are only able to issue refunds if the watch is not working, damaged, or does not arrive within 45 days.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@med-watches.com as soon as possible.

  • Once we have started the fulfillment process, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will see your email before your order is fulfilled.
  • If your order is successfully canceled, we will refund the full amount minus a $2.50 cancellation fee.

Incorrect Address & Return to Sender

  • We are unable to issue refunds for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts.
  • If a product is returned to us, the customer must wait until the product arrives back at our facility before we can reship or issue a refund.
  • If the customer requests reshipping, an additional shipping charge will apply.
  • If the customer requests a refund, a 8.5% reinstatement fee will be applied.
